So sorry to hear about cousin Dede. One memory I have of her was at a dance at the Center in Monroe. The song “Loving You” by Minnie Ripperton was playing, and Dede hit that high note like nobody’s business! Just like Minnie. I have never forgotten that. She was about 7 years old when she did that!
