Mrs. Stone was my first grade teacher at St. Pius in Southgate (1997-98). She still stands out to this day as one of the BEST teachers I ever had in all of my years of school. She was always so kind and compassionate. Even after I moved on from first grade, she still continued to help me, tutoring me in math after school. I still have, somewhere, a letter or two she wrote to me over summer break. Anybody that has ever had her as a teacher is a very lucky person. Thank you for everything, Mrs. Stone. I NEVER forgot you, after all these years.

Nan was a beloved sister, mother, wife, teacher and friend. We shared many times of love and laughter as sisters.
I will miss her dearly, but I also believe she is with our Savior Jesus Christ and we will one day be together again.
Until Heaven and then forever Nan! Love you dearly. Cynthia

Mrs. Stone was my son's first grade teacher at St. John. She was amazing, and I can honestly say, that was the only year my son loved school. May she rest in peace.
