So sorry to hear of Jimmie's passing. I remember her from our childhood growing up in Detroit. Her sister Linda was my best friend and I spent a lot of time at their home. Jimmie was beautiful, sweet and fun to be around.

Share a memory? There are too many too choose from. My sister Jimmie was amazing. I was always in awe of her strength, in her ability to take the world head on. I never saw anything she couldn’t accomplish—except maybe cooking lol. But that was only because she just didn’t like it and had much better things to concentrate on. Because I was the baby of our family I always felt in the way, but my sisters always made time for me. I think my biggest sadness was being so much younger—I wish there had been more time for adventure. I remember camping trips and shopping, and I remember my sister always being there. I love you sis and will miss you till I see you in Heaven.
