Obituary of Tommy Mark Besedich
Tommy Mark Besedich was born on January 20, 1960 in Monroe, Michigan. He was the son of the late Nikola Besedich and the late Betty Lorene (Fortner) Besedich. Tommy attended Monroe Schools graduating in 1978 from Monroe High School. For several years he was employed as a laborer for Detroit Edison. He was a proud member of the Michigan Laborers Union Local 465.
Tommy was blessed to be raised in a Pentacostal home with two other siblings. He enjoyed many things in life from feeding his birds and the Pigeons he once raised, to gardening around his house. Tommy had a love for food, enjoying the taste of pizza and chocolate chip cookies the most, and never missing his midnight snack. He always looked forward to Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners.
Tommy was an avid sports fan and would sit in his recliner and watch football, always rooting for the University of Michigan football team and the Detroit Lions. He had a deep passion for model Railroad Trains. He had a great sense of humor and knew how to make people laugh which made spending time with Tommy something everyone looked forward to. He enjoyed being around his family and riding around with Jerry or going over to Patty’s house.
