Bob Coady is my father. Although he didn't raise me, over the past 30 years we have shared many wonderful memories. My favorites are our trips to Newfoundland, our dinners at Detroit Beach Pizza, and talking over coffee. He introduced me to wonderful family and friends both in Newfoundland and the US who welcomed me with open arms.
He would always tell me how blessed he was and that he couldn't ask for anything more. Then he would describe how wonderful his life was in his house on the water and then in the nursing home. I will miss him and wish I could hear his deep voice saying, "I love you Gal," one more time.
