Q: What will you never forget about Rodney?
A: His sweet personality. When my son Alex was a toddler Rodney loved playing hot wheels cars with Alex and even bought him a pair of hot wheels tennis shoes that had looked like they had wheels on the side of them. He always had a smile on his face.He was one of my favorite cousins on my dad's side and the kindest,sweetest person you will ever meet. Until we meet again cousin.

We were very close as kids as we got older we grew apart.I started ancestry and I reconnected with Ronnie, Rodney and Robbie. I've grown to be very close to them and Rodney's sense of humor. Was like no other. We all had the biggest crush on him when we were kids and he will be sincerely and dearly missed even when he did give me a lot of crap he did love my chicken noodle soup. He had the biggest heart I've ever seen in a person. He always wanted to do for others and not himself. That smile was infectious and those dimples were adorable. Gone but never forgotten. Love you cousin ❤️.

Q: What will you never forget about Rodney?
A: Some of the things I will never forget about My uncle Rodney, are how genuinely caring he was, he would never hesitate to give you the clothes off his back and was always there for his family. He was a great man, he would always call me and check on me and my dad and make sure we were okay. When I was younger he would always bring me canned grape juice from the school he worked at, and chocolate milk. He taught me to work hard, and be appreciative of what I had, but to always work for more. He was truly the greatest uncle anyone could ask for.

I officially met Rod when he got the tractor stuck in the ditch lol each time we ran into each other our main conversation was how much he loved Tina and how blessed he was to find such a caring person he could spend the rest of his life with.
