My Aunt Pat was a loving person who always showed that she cared. She was a great mom and a wonderful aunt who was close with me and my sisters. She was fun! She embraced new tech like video games. When Nintendo came out, she was the first person that I knew that saved the Princess thus completing the first Mario Bros. game! It was really cool to see as a fifth grader. She was always at our events cheering us on. She believed in my sisters and I. She was my Dad's sister and my Mom's friend. They were always trying new ways to express themselves. From basket weaving to cross stitching they were always challenging themselves to do something new. Most of the time they were successful and when they weren't, there was an Oakwood Urgent Care nearby!
I know that she is healthy and happy. I know that she is happy to be back with Uncle Danny and their daughter Jesi. She always spoke of one day meeting all of the babies she had lost, I know that she and Uncle Danny have enjoyed that. I can see her having a blast sitting back with Jenny, both of them laughing while Uncle Johnny and Grandpa Litton are going back and forth telling jokes. However, I know that she loved being reunited with her parents, Fred and Barbara. She is healthy and she is at peace, spending time with the love of her life.
There are those of us who are left missing her. I know she is cheering all of us on. Especially, her daughter Dawn and her three grandkids that she loved so much!
