As a Grand Nephew, I would like to leave a Condolence for Mona Elizabehth Ling. She was an amazing person, who did many facinating, and interesting things with her life. There are so many questions that I would have liked to ask her, and so many stories, that I would have like to have heard from her. Unfortunately, I will not get the opportunity, now that she is disceased. I am forever greatful for the letter's that we sent in the mail to eachother, three years before her passsing. I am also extremely greatful for what few visitation's I had with her, She alway's took time to say hello to me, when she was in town. She was alway's concerned with my life, and how I was doing. In rececent years, She very kindly offered me a TV, and Movies that she had in her posession, which I politely declined, despite her generosity from a world away in Arlington, Virginia. She faithfully sent Christmas Cards, and Birthday Cards to me and my immediate Family. I will forever appreciate and respect that she did that. I will miss her, But I am confident that after 99 interesting years in this world, she is resting in peace. She was a profoundly independant woman for her time, and I have the utmost appreciation for that. Though she had no Children, Lived most of her life as a single person, and all of her siblings preceded her in death, I think she deserves a propper and dignified memorial, from those of us who are members of her extended Family. Aunt Mona, I can't thank you enough for all that you did for me, even if it was mostly from far away. You are forever in my memmory, and I will never forget you.
