Obituary of Phoenix Cruze Clark
Phoenix Cruze Clark was born on April 18, 2022 in Trenton, Michigan. He was the first child born to Erin Dinkins and Dakoda Clark. His arrival was excitedly anticipated by his parents and grandparents. Phoenix’s vibrant personality was evident from the onset. He moved around in utero so much that he earned the nickname “Flipper” from his great grandmother. Phoenix seemed to enjoy any and every kind of food. His mother craved things she didn’t even like before his conception.
Phoenix Cruze Clark, beloved baby boy, of Monroe, Michigan, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, April 18, 2022. His passing was preceded by his grandfather: John “Chuck” Clark. “Phoenix”, a name of Greek origin, which means to rise from the ashes. Although his soul is at home in Heaven, he resides here on Earth in the hearts of all those that loved him.
To cherish his memory, he leaves his mother: Erin Dinkins; father: Dakoda Clark; grandparents: Dawn Clark, Stacey (Deon) Little Sr., and Bruce Dinkins; great grandmother: Elector Moses; aunts: Staci (Mike) Hoskins and Paris Dinkins; uncles: Timothy (Danielle) Clark, Richard (Mary) Clark, Chad (Amy) Clark, and Deon Little; and many cousins.
Phoenix’s care has been entrusted to Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185. Cremation has taken place through Covenant Cremation of Erie, Michigan.
