Dear Family, I think this my second post…..last one I pushed wrong button….Karen is laughing at me. I am so sorry I missed Karen’s funeral. She was so bubbly. She always saw the best in everything and everyone. She talked about her grandkids and how proud she was of them. I just loved her so. I’m sorry to her family. I was blessed to know her. God bless Karen….she was one of your good ones!!!
Sadly and sincerely, Jimmie Semones

I first met Karen at PetSmart and took several training classes with her with my Golden's. We became fast friends and enjoyed doing pet care and rescue together. But I cherish her for being my sister in the Lord. My favorite memory is seeing her sing in the choir. She was the most jubilant and joyful, so it is so appropriate that she would chose the song..There's always a reason to always chose Joy. I love you Karen, I'm a better person having known you and I am rejoicing with the angels who hear our Father saying "Well done, good and faithful servant."

You were an amazing person! Our lives were better because our paths crossed. Thanks for all your help with our pets. We weren’t home and you went and sat with Cami because fireworks were going off. You help teach our scared puppy mill rescue how to be a puppy. We would talk about our flowers and plants. I will always think of you when I see a peony. Brent Huber & Jason Wells.

This is Karen in the early 1970s as a Tri Sigma (Beta Rho Chapter at Western Michigan University). So many great memories of that time. Karen always displayed her tremendous smile, always ready for a fun activity. We were roommates one summer too.
My deepest sympathy to her entire family, all of whom she cherished. May she Rest In Peace.
