Lisa Scott

Obituary of Lisa Marie Scott

Lisa Marie Ohaver was born on November 27, 1979, in Adrian, Michigan.   Following high school graduation, Lisa, would continue her education by attending Eastern Michigan University in Ypsilanti, Michigan.   She earned a bachelor’s degree in social science.

Lisa was well known for being a dedicated, demanding, strong-willed, but loving person. She was very goal oriented and would accomplish whatever task she set her mind to. Lisa recognized the importance of being together with family and making memories with them. She would not miss an opportunity to let her family know she loved them dearly. One of her favorite sayings was, “family sticks together” and she lived this motto daily. She chose to do nothing by herself.   She was sure to invite someone along on her life’s journeys to make sure they had the opportunity to make memories together.

Lisa possessed a great sense of humor.   She was quite funny but had no filter and could tell jokes at the most inappropriate times.   She was a little crazy but had the most beautiful soul.   Lisa was quite generous giving to those in need whether or not she knew them.   She once took the blanket off her own bed to give to a man sleeping in the streets.   Lisa truly would open home to anyone in need of shelter.

Lisa lived her life by “Lisa Time”.   She was fashionably late to every event that she attended, although she always referred to her lateness as punctual.   Lisa’s loved ones knew that she she was never wrong, but even if she was proved incorrect, her response would be, “well, Google is wrong!”.
