Obituary of Charity Parker & Joielle Grace McClinton

Charity Parker and Joielle Grace McClinton were born October 24, 2021 at ProMedica Toledo Hospital from the union of Brandon McClinton and Brittany (Parker) McClinton.   The dynamic duo, Charity and Joielle, were miracle babies and brought cherished and unexpected blessings.

Charity was very active, while Joielle was calm and reserved. The twins would fill their momma’s day with joy when they would actively respond to worship music and preaching in utero. Charity and Joielle were “sugar babies” leading their mother to crave pineapples and Cool Whip as well as Mexican and soul food.

Although their arrival was anxiously awaited, the Lord had other plans for these two angels. Charity Parker and Joielle Grace McClinton, beloved baby girls, passed away in the loving arms of their parents just a short time after entering this world.   They would be greeted at Heaven’s gate by maternal grandfather: David Parker, Jr., and their parents receive great comfort in knowing that one day they will be all be reunited again in God’s Kingdom.  

To cherish their memory the, twins, leave loving parents:  Brandon and Brittany McClinton; big brother: Brandon Mark McClinton II; maternal grandmother: Valerie Parker; paternal grandmother: Yvonne Butts; paternal grandfather: Mark (Ruthie) McClinton; five aunts: Brandi McClinton, Brianna McClinton, Verneshia Singleton, Alita Parker, and Brittany Hudson; three uncles: David Parker III, Chris Parker, and Deyontai Singleton; and many cousins.

Private interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Detroit, Michigan with Pastor Eric Howard presiding over graveside services. Arrangements have been entrusted to Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185.
