To hear this breaks my heart. I am her kids great aunt Mary and had spent sometime with Rachel from their birth till luke was 9-10? Time changes our life as I know but those times with Rachel sure were fun and filled with action laughter and adventure! She loved to play make up with my daughter Cassidy as a toddler who is now 24. So sad Rachel was too young to be taken away! Prayers and heart healings with many happy memories to remember!! Love always To Rachel Love , Aunt Mary (Rinker-aka Burns side), Uncle Joe and Cassidy
