Obituary of Dean Edward Liddle

Dean Edward Liddle was born on June 27, 1990 in Trenton, Michigan.   He was the son of Deana Marie (Bussinger) Fenech and Scott Edward Liddle.   Dean would attend Woodhaven High School in Woodhaven, Michigan and he received his high school diploma graduating with the Class of 2009.  

He was a machine operator for Clean Tech, Incorporated a recycling company located in Dundee, Michigan.   Along the way, Dean, had also learned how to weld.   He was extremely proud of his welding skills, and he had hoped to make welding a career that he could retire from one day.

Dean enjoyed being in nature.   He loved fishing and was happy catching whatever was biting that day but truly enjoyed fishing off the Gulf of Mexico.  He enjoyed going to Metroparks whenever he was able. His pride and joy was his beloved pitbull named Matilda. He loved listening to podcasts, especially conspiracy theories and any that made you think. He loved classic rock and metal but enjoyed bands like Pink Floyd and Led Zeppelin.

Dean Edward Liddle, age 31, of Monroe Township, Michigan passed away at his home unexpectedly on Friday; September 17, 2021.   His passing was preceded in death by his grandmother; Peggy Korpela.

To cherish his memory he leaves his mother:  Deana M. and his step-father:  Richard “Rich” Fenech, both of Wales, Michigan; his father:  Scott Liddle of Monroe Township, Michigan; his sister:  Brittainy (David) Martin of Trenton, Michigan; his brother:  Dominick Liddle of Monroe, Michigan; his lifetime best friend:  Michael McGrath; and his girlfriend of seven years:  Angel Sanders.

Friends may gather from 1:00pm until 6:00pm on Thursday; September 23, 2021 at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185.   A Celebration of Dean’s Life will follow at 6:00pm also at Merkles with Pastor Roy Southerland officiating.
