Obituary of Freddie McFadden Jr.
Freddie McFadden Jr. was born in Texarkana, Arkansas on January 31, 1958. He was one of eight children born from the union of Freddie Sr. and Mildred (Pree) McFadden. As a child, Freddie was baptized at Mt. Grove Baptist Church in Texarkana, AK. He always held a strong faith in Christ. This was reflected in his generous spirit and respectful demeanor. Freddie had a heart of gold and would not hesitate to help someone in need or to give wherever necessary. In 1974, Freddie moved with his family to Monroe, Michigan where he attend Monroe High School and graduated with the Class of 1976.
On September 3, 2005, Freddie and Staci Guzzardo, exchanged vows in Monroe. The couple enjoyed fifteen wonderful years of marriage. They were able to spend more time together after Freddie retired from his work as a Machine Operator at Complete Packaging after more than twenty years of employment.
Freddie was a very private person and would almost always choose to stay home rather than venture out. As a homebody, he found his entertainment in watching basketball, football, and boxing on television. He was certain to tune in for Dallas Cowboys and Detroit Lions football games. Freddie was an avid X-Box gamer and especially enjoyed Call of Duty. A true kid at heart, he could often be found playing with his sons, nieces, and nephews, whom he loved very much. He always encouraged them to follow their dreams and told them that by being a better person and a true believer, that you receive back what you put into life.
