I did not have the pleasure of meeting Jerid nor any of his family or friends. I just happened to run across this while sitting here with my phone.
His photo reminded me of my son that passed 5 years ago.
I throughly enjoyed the music and each and every one of the photo’s. I can tell he was a very loving and caring man and I can also feel that he was very much loved by every one that knew him. He must have been the type of man that brought much joy and happiness to every one that knew him.
I just wanted to offer my condolences and empathy to his Mom, Dad, Wife and his entire family and many friends. My heart aches for you.
I am 72 year old woman and mean this only to be kind. Something about his smile In the photo caught my eyes and drew me in. I too have lost a husband (he was only 42) and my oldest son was only 51 when he passed.
It has taken me a long time to finally reach the place where when I think of them that a smile will cross my lips before the tears stream down my face. I pray that this time will come to all of you as well. I am sure he left a piece of himself in the hearts of everyone that knew him.
I hope by saying these things are not taken as an intrusion in your lives. I only meant them to be kind. These words come from my heart.

I was a coworker of Jerid’s from Flatrock Assembly Plant. I didn’t know him as well as others, but what I do remember about him was, I never seen him in a bad mood. He was always very kind to me. My prayers are with his wife, and family!!!

It is with these words Jerid wrote that touched my heart on 12/28/19 Hey I wanted to let you know that tomorrow night all of us from southpointe are all gonna meet up together. Me, Blake, Jake, Tarik, Derek, Abby and Keilah.I'm gonna have someone take a picture of all of us and I’m gonna post it on Facebook for you...His words touched my heart, knowing he kept up with our own son's website on In Memory of Syd, who went to be with the Lord at the age of 21,03/25/12. They all grew up together in Southpointe and I couldn't have been more Proud to see such a fine group of boys who became men before our eyes. And their hearts were of gold, I know we all saw this in Jerid, loving, caring, a glimpse of light that appeared on my screen that 12/28/19. I kept up with him as well through fb. I have a younger picture of them I will post. My heart goes out to His wife, his mother, father, family. I know the road you will be traveling far too well.
