I had the pleasure of working with Bill for many years. He always made me laugh with his dry sense of humor. We use to tell each other about when the next grand child would be born, and how cute our grandchildren were on thing they would do..he loved his family and grandchildren., every time he tell me things his grandchildren would do his face would light up!!! Rest Well Bill, well done the Lord said when you went to your heavily home!!!!

I had the pleasure of meeting Bill during my year as Miss Monroe County in 1996. Diane and Bill welcomed me into their home like I was one of their children. Many nights were spent at his dinner table working on projects together. Bill will be missed and is loved by all who were blessed to know him.
