My condolences to the Fisher family who lost a great man.as long as I've known bill he has been an outstanding full of character n quality morals type friend father and husband.some of my finest memories of bill was fishing and just having a great time chilling with him and his awsome wife and son.dont worry bill I'll protect Rick when he gets home and if ur hanging with Kenny tell I'm sorry for lumping him up.plz give my mommy a hug from me.u will b missed by so many as u touched every one who truly knew you.rest in peace untill we meet again cuzzo...your cuz Karen...

Well bill as I sit here with tears in my eyes just thinking what memories to share..me you and robin and Ken had some of the best memories in my life.i smile also cause they are happy hilarious ones..my favorite is when we thought we saw ole Desiree out there hitchhiking on bluebush road. That old gal got us every time. Or The swinging Pier let's not forget the parties you never left me Bill my underage ass you find me and get me out of there you're part of the reason I learned how to drive I remember I used to do pretty good there this is kind of like a private one here but every time I see mashed potatoes I'm going to smile you are an awesome person bill, husband to your wife, an awesome father to your son and a great friend.. if you see oh Desiree up there give her a heads up oh and my dad give him a handshake mr. Bill Williams and a hug for me and get my mama a hug you rest in peace mr. Bill oh yeah we can't forget my nickname droops you gave me that nickname so bringing that up if there's any stripper poles up there you better hide them .love you bill

Thank you Uncle Bill for always loving and treating me as your own. Growing up without a dad wasnt that bad because i had you. You taught me how to fish tie my shoes and ride a bike. You baught me my first sega and stabed me with forks for putting my elbows on the table, but most importantly you showed me how a man is supposed to treat a woman dispite the examples i had at home. One of my biggest regrets in life will always be not saying this to you while you was alive, but thank you. I know billy and i was hellins growing up but your love never strayed away. I promise to do everything i can for billy and aunt robin. Give a hug to aunt linda and mammaw joyce for me. Good bye old man. Until we meet again.

For as long as I've known bill (34yrs) I've always known him to be a hard working loving caring devoted man full of great character.pretty much from the start of bill Robin and Billy jr.as a family they all faced adversity that many would of crumbled under yet the fishers came through and bill u blessed us all with so many great memories.ill never b able to listen to bonjovi without thinking of you.rest n peace bill and thanks again your love and memory will b cherished forever...

I never thought the day would come so soon when you would be taken from us. It kills me that I don't get to go fishing with you anymore. I don't get time together with you to learn more about your past our ask you your thoughts on life. There won't be anymore Sundays watching football or going to see scary movies together. But even tho you aren't here anymore pops, I know you loved us. You never once made me ever question that. You always made Mom and I feel like we were first no matter what. We both miss you so much dad. I hope in your lifetime I made you proud. I know you always said I did but now, when I can't ask you anymore, I really wish I could hear your voice. I will see you again someday pops I promise. I love and miss you so much.

Uncle bill was an amazing man. Him and your mom played a vital roll in my life. Such a sad day, Bill was one of my best friends, hell, more like a brother to me. He was a great friend to me, a great husband to his wonderful wife Robin, and a great father to his son Billy, he loved them dearly. I’m so sorry we didn’t get a chance to meet up again, I’m glad I did get to talk to you a few days back. I’ll never forget my first trip across the Rockies, chaining up through Donner’s Pass going to California and all the places in between, you were the only person I ever known that hit a cow before, and the time you went flying out of the bunk when I almost hit that elk in Arizona, we had some good times, I’ll cherish them forever. I’m gonna miss the hell out of you buddy. Until we meet again, I’ll see you on the other side my friend.
