I went to school with Gary. We were also in Auto Shop together at the Voc Center then WCCC. He had his '69 Chevelle and I had a '69 GTX. We had so many good times together. He was my friend. We hung out quite a few times after we graduated then after a few years life took us separate ways. Last night my sister and I were hanging out and she asked where is that guy who was with us at my first concert... My sister was 14 and I took her to Poison and Warrant main floor. Gary put her on his shoulders the entire night so she could see the show and be safe from the rowdy main floor crowd. When we looked him up last night I was shocked and saddened to see he had passed. He truly was a great person Even though it has been 10 years since his passing I send my deepest condolences. God Bless You Gary I am sure you are flying high in the Heavens my friend.

To the Chamlee family, may God grant you peace and comfort in the times to come. When a person comes into the world, the world is never the same. When that person leaves the world, again, the world is never the same. Gary was a great person and is greatly missed.

We are saddened by such a senseless tragedy. We are keeping you all in our thoughts and prayers. We will miss him. Glad we had a chance to see you all Sunday. Can't seem to type out everything I'm wanting to express here so I will stop now. Love and prayers.

Jerry I extend my sincere condolences to you on the death of your brother, Gary. It's so hard to lose someone we love so dear to death. It seems so unfair that they should go when we need them so much in our lives. Their death can leave us with much hurt and pain and often feeling lost. I realize that words can offer little comfort at this time, but please, take to heart, one of God's many promises, found at Rev:21:3&4.

Gary and I go way back to the days of high school. We had a lot of good times from auto shop and even getting in trouble with the law. We lost touch after he went into the military, but just recently he found me on face book and we were trying to coordinate hanging out and catching up on each other's lives. I wish we would have had that chance. I will miss him.
