I met Marjorie through my mother, Margaret Gowdie. I often visited my mother and stepfather in Florida where they snowboarded with Marjorie and her husband, Jack. Marjorie would often go with us on our adventures. Two occasions come to mind as I think of her. Both involved trips to the ocean. My mother and Marjorie went for a walk down the beach as I stayed on the beach chair. I happened to look down the shoreLine and I see Marjorie sitting in the water and my Mom attempting to pick her up. Oh how we laughed...The second memory is one where we packed a picnic to take to the beach. My Mom And I pulled ours out of a paper sack. Marjorie had a plate, silverware, etc. Very Proper! Marjorie will be missed by all. She was a real proper English lady. I was honored to have met you. So sorry to the family with your loss.
