Dear Dean, Casey, Heidi and families-our thoughts and prayers have been with you very often and especially at this time. Lyne truly left a loving impression on everyone she touched. Whenever we saw Lyne-at school, the Granary, out and about in Monroe-when you were with Lyne it was obvious she truly listened and cared about you as a person. She never neglected to ask how the kids were doing and even ask how Carlos our chihuahua was doing! (we adopted him at the same time Harley entered your lives.) She will always be remembered as a genuinely kind, beautiful, intelligent, caring and classy woman. We feel lucky to have know such a gracious lady.

I have followed Lyne's journey and admired her strength and perserverence to overcome. She set the example to so many who have travelled this road (including ours). I am broken to know her physical journey is over, but relieved knowing she gave it all she had!
The love that was expressed through your relationship is admired by so many.
My hope is that her example lives through generations to come!

Dean,
My deepest sympathy to you and your family. John and I will not be able to pay our respects as we are leaving on our vacation Monday. I wish I could be there to support you. Please know all of you have been and will continue to be in my prayers as you lay Lyne to rest. I know she fought a valiant fight but God had other plans. She is free from pain and suffering now and will watch over all of you in the years to come. Once again, I'm just so, so sorry and sad for your loss.
