Dad - it has been 8 years since I spoke with you, and held your hand. I think about you everyday. Mom is doing okay, she misses you a lot and so do the kids and I. I remember the home made go cart you made when I was younger. That thing was awesome! We didn't even wear helmets back in those days because we were made tough! I also remember you melting down aluminum and pouring it into cast iron cornbread pans. For the life of me, I can't remember what you used them for! I received a unexpected, yet meaningful gift 3 years ago. One of my friends daughter's bought the old house in the Beach! I got to go over and visit, and the house looks amazing! They had so many questions about what certain things were used for in the garage. Lol! I couldn't help but laugh! You were always the "Mad scientist Mechanic." I look back on what you did over the years and you truly wete an inventor, a fabricator, an engineer, a mechanic, a farmer, a provider, a husband, a father, a friend .. and so much more. You left this world a better place. Sometimes I cry when I think about you. I wish you were here to see my boys and RJ. I know you'd be proud of them! Z's almost finished with college .. electrical engineering! I raised an engineer! Imagine that! Alex is also doing great. He's been to college, worked some prestigious jobs in automotive, engineering and now he's running machines everyday and he's taking a deep dive into.learning as much as he can from Rob with the 3D print design arena. You would be fascinated with all that! As you celebrate your 8th birthday with family, friends, God and Jesus tomorrow, please know that we are here thinking about you and we love and miss you very much.

Dear Roxann and family, I am so sorry for your loss, from the first day I met the two of you I could see the love you each had for the other. Ron with his quick wit and you always trying to make everyone comfortable, you certainly both complemented each other. He was one of a kind, everyone who comes into our life changes us a little, thank you for letting me be there, knowing Ron changed me for the better. God bless you.

Dear Lois and family, I truly feel your pain as this man has sailed forward. I'm sure he will be welcomed by those who have gone before him yet your loss of his presence is very hard to bear. I sincerely wish you love and joy as you remember his life with you. Many blessings.

Ron was a classmate and a friend. We will miss him, but whenever we talk about running power and water to our barn we will tell a story that includes him.

Roxann and family: it was an honor and privilege to meet and care for Ron. You opened up your house and heart to me, a stranger in a Hospice jacket. Thank you for trusting me to care for Ron. I pray you find peace and comfort in the days, weeks, and months ahead. You are not alone in this, look to each other and depend on each other. Grief does not have a rule book or timeline. Believe in the power of prayer and in time the pain will lessen but the beautiful memories will not.
