Like a leaf will go on his new journey after falling down to the ground, i believe you have another mission now. You finished your journey here marvelously with full of kindness and love. Very sad but nothing to do when God calls. I am here praying for you. Hope you are peaceful and light !

I was Mark's mail lady for the pass year. He was always so nice to me and always greeted me with a smile. This past summer was really hot so Mark would leave me a cold drink in the mail box, with a note telling me to stay cool. His face will surely be missed on Scottwood st.

I did not know Mark very well, but he always greeted me, and I he, each time we passed and we shared casual conversation in the kitchen here at Midway. He was a very cordial person. I was so sorry to hear about his passing. God Bless Mark and the family and may he rest in peace.

Quiet Soul…
Mark has worked at Midway Products for 36 years as a committed, dedicated and loyal employee. I have worked with Mark for 24 of those years, and Mark was an honest, passionate and often quiet person. At times he would get upset, but it was for reasons he felt needed to be addressed, and he was often right. The last year or so Mark was a different person…a better person…a better Mark. He had found someone that made him feel better about himself and better about the world. Like I said, Mark was a quiet person…but Thao and her family and friends brought the better Mark out. He loved his time in Vietnam and told me couldn’t wait to go back. Mark will be missed here at work, from our work functions and department dinners & baseball games.
Rest in peace…

Mark…Mark…Mark,
I am struggling with your passing; this is so hard for me to comprehend. I was ready for your birthday cookie, not to attend your funeral. I thank you for all you have done for me, my kids, and my nephew. I had never met someone so enthusiastic about life, work, sports, and beliefs. I will forever cherish the memories with you. May you rest in peace my forever friend.

I remember Mark from his younger years. He’d come by the apartment usually with Jason Hill and we’d all party together. So much fun in those days.
Mark had this cute laugh with this shyness about him.
He was always smiling and so sweet.. rest peacefully my friend.

We were all speechless when we heard of your passing. It was a loss so significant, so heartbreaking for everyone, especially your friends. You were always a part of our circle of eight. Plans and schedules were always highlighted with priorities for "when Mark visits Vietnam". We had a lot to catch up on, so much more to do, but you weren't here with us anymore. You will always be a great, cheerful, and kind friend, always looking out for others. You will forever be remembered in the deepest part of our hearts.

Dearest Mark,
I was heartbroken to hear the sad news while I was looking to buy a pair of shoes for your upcoming trip to Vietnam. I can't believe it's true. My parents cried all afternoon, wishing it were just a nightmare! They treated you like family, Mark!
I’ve cherished our friendship since the moment we met, and I know we would have made great friends. Now that you’ve returned to God, I will truly miss you.
Farewell, Mark.

My dearest Honey,
I cannot and will never accept the reality that you have already gone forever! Life is too short, and I don’t want to see us parting this way!
You were truly an angel that God sent to this earth, with such a kind heart. You always thought of and cared for others before yourself, willing to help anyone in need. You were an extremely hardworking and responsible person, who dealt with everything with such high integrity and respect. You demanded fairness in life and did not accept bullying, laziness, gossip, or mistreatment and the ones involved.
I will forever treasure every moment we spent together for the rest of my life. I love you and miss you so much! My family and friends miss you too! I will see you one day in heaven, Honey!
Yours,
Honey
