Leonard was my Uncle, brother to my father Bernard. Leonard always took an interest in me and my family. From a young age, my three boys knew who Uncle Leonard was- at family reunions he would ask them "do you know who I am?" They always did know the answer. He has followed their lives from birth.
Leonard was the brother that always called to update us about family illness, death, breakfast get-togethers and reunions.
Leonard lived close to my father, Bernard. As Dad's health declined Leonard visited, brought meals and helped Dad get to a couple of Dr. visits.
I know he was a gift to so many people! Most of all, Leonard had a deep love for our Savior, Jesus Christ and I know he looking down on us from Heaven.
