Obituary of Vicki Lynn Williams

Vicki Lynn Lovell was born on July 2, 1961, in Monroe, Michigan. The first of three children to bless the union of Eugene Lovell and the former Sandra (Schroeder) Lovell.  Shortly after graduation from Jefferson High School she began a career as an automotive parts manager.   A role that she maintained until the time of her passing.

Vicki was well known for her kind disposition and caring and generous personality.   She certainly left a lasting impression on everyone she met.

Vicki loved to feel the wind on her face, with nothing was more exhilarating than riding her motorcycle.   She was the proud owner of three different Harley Davidsons.   Vicki’s life changed forever when she met the love of her life:  Paul David “Taz” Williams.   The couple joined in marriage on May 21, 2006, in Las Vegas, Nevada.    Together they would enjoy thirteen wonderful years of marriage.

Vicki Lynn Williams, age 61 of Maybee passed away peacefully on Sunday; February 5, 2023, at Michigan Medicine Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan after a brief battle with cancer. Her passing was preceded by that of her parents: Eugene and Sandra Lovell and her beloved husband Paul “Taz” Williams on June 15, 2019.

To cherish her memory, she leaves a sister:  Laurie Baker; a brother:  Eugene Lovell; three nephews: Josh and Jake Lovell, and Richard Baker; and one great-nephew: Richie Baker.

A celebration of her life will take place at a future date.   Her care has been entrusted to Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185.   Cremation has taken place through the on-site crematory, Covenant Cremation of Erie, Michigan.
