Obituary of Ruth Ann Teller
Ruth Ann Hannah was born on July 8, 1937, in Tecumseh, Michigan. She was one of many children born to the union of John and Buelah (Garber) Hannah. She attended Britton Deerfield High School in Britton, Michigan, graduating with the class of 1955.
Ruth herself was blessed with five children. She provided for her family working in the cafeteria at Ford Motor Company for twenty-five years, retiring in April of 2000. She then continued to work for another eight years at Crafts 2000 in Monroe.
Ruth loved a good game of bingo and knew where there was a game every night of the week. Her favorite place to visit was the Knights of Columbus Hall in Monroe. She also loved to stay active, and dancing was her chosen activity. She didn’t even care what genre of music was being played. Ruth’s true love in life was spending time with her grandchildren and being called “Granny” by everyone.
