Obituary of Jamy Joseph William Gee
Jamy Joseph William Gee was born in Monroe, Michigan on August 5, 1972. He was the son of
Penny Louise (Stull) Gutierrez and Joseph William Gee. Jamy grew up in Dundee with his
mother and stepfather Jim Kirkman. From a young age, Jamy had a wonderful sense of humor.
He didn’t mind being the center of attention and loved to make others laugh. A 1990 graduate
of Dundee High School, he was voted the “Class Clown”.
Jamy met his future wife, Christy Anne Castleberry, in tenth grade. They were joined together in
marriage on August 1, 1998, and were blessed with two children. Jamy was a hard worker and
extremely charismatic. He provided for his family as the owner and operator of Gee
Construction for many years. Jamy could do it all, from roofing and siding to building. Being
very handy, he also flipped houses on the side.
Jamy loved to be outside boating, swimming, and camping. He was also an excellent cook, and
