Obituary of Jack Evans

Jackie “Jack” Ralph Evans, age 82, of Erie, passed away at 4:09 am on Saturday, December 24, 2022 with his loving daughter whom he nicknamed “Dukie”, family, and friends by his side. Jack was the youngest son among twelve siblings. His passing was preceded by his parents Robert C. Evans (Virginia M. Cooley), his beloved son Randy C. Evans (passed April 4, 2021), several cherished siblings, extended family members, and friends. On February 19, 1966, Jack married Judy M. Evans (Rose). Jack was a proud veteran of the United Stated Marine Corps, a loving father to his two cherished children, a loyal husband to his wife Judy of 56 years, and he adhered to the highest standards in character and actions to ensure excellence in all endeavors. Jack will be remembered for his incredible sense of humor, generosity, love of life, and his unwavering dedication to his children and family.

A graveside “celebration of life” burial will be held in April 2023 at Roselawn Memorial Park in LaSalle; section c-west.
