Caroline Reinhardt, age 94, of Monroe, passed away peacefully on Wednesday August 6, 2014 at the Lutheran Home of Monroe, surrounded by her family. She was the daughter of the late George Mathis and the late Emma (Krueger) Mathis. In addition to her parents, Caroline's passing was preceded by her husband, Carl C. Reinhardt (1976); a son-in-law: Charles White; and three sisters: Dora Mathis, Katherine (Raymond) Waltz, and Hazel (Floyd) Hoppert
To cherish her memory Caroline leaves three children: Carla White of Delta, Ohio, Mark Reinhardt of Monroe and Joel Reinhardt of Sylvania, Ohio; two grandchildren: Chad White of Munising and Carrie (Michael)Turi of Delta, Ohio; and five great grandchildren: Samantha, Zachary and Rochelle White and Ian and Olivia Turi.
A private burial and graveside service has taken place at East Ida Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Reverend Bruce Lucas of East Ida Immanuel Lutheran Church officiated.
