Patty Ann Anson was born in Sandusky, Ohio on February 5, 1960. She was the daughter of the late Frank and Marietta (Trapp) Anson. At a young age, Patty moved with her family to the Monroe area.
She married the late Michael Barnett and from this union would come the birth of six children. After Michael's passing, Patty married Daniel Dzierzyk in June of 1994.
Patty was an extremely hard worker. Her friendly, caring, and supportive personality made her a valuable asset to the Mercy Memorial Nursing Center where she worked in housekeeping for more than eighteen years. Patty cherished the relationships she developed with fellow team members and patients.
Patty dedication to work didn't end at the nursing center. She always seemed willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. She enjoyed entertaining guests in her home and she enjoyed cooking for anyone that was hungry. She was generous with her time and truly loved spending it with her grandchildren. Patty also enjoyed playing bingo and she like to take her chances with the frequent purchase of lottery tickets.
