Obituary of Tyler Lee Bussell
Tyler Lee Bussell born on September 6, 1985 in Monroe, Michigan. He was one of four children born from the union of Jesemen Bussell and Dorothy (Rice) Bussell. Tyler would attend Monroe Public Schools graduating with the Class of 2004 from Monroe High School.
Following high school, Tyler, would seek work in the construction industry. He was quite skilled with his hands in worked as a carpenter for many years. Tyler preferred to work on his own and he worked freelance for most of his career. Being good with his hands and having an intuitive mind he was always trying to fix something.
Tyler was very comical and often equipped with a great sense of humor. However, Tyler, who’s character was incredibly unique, could be seen as quite difficult at times. Music was something Tyler was exceptionally excited about. He listened mostly to Rock bands from Ozzy Osbourne, to Pantera, to the likes of AC/DC. He was a former member of the Moose Lodge.
Tyler Lee Bussell, age 36, of Monroe passed away at home unexpectedly on Friday; November 5, 2021. His passing was preceded by his parents; one sister: Chasity (Bussell) Reese; and one cousin: Darrell Wylie.
To cherish his memory, he leaves two brothers: Charles "Cain" Bussell (Crystal Curley) of Monroe and Jordon (Jennifer) Bussell of Monroe; one nephew: Gerald Furlong; one niece: Brooklyn Roper; and a cousin Ryan Murdock Jr. whom he was extremely close to.
Friends may gather on Tuesday: November 9, 2021, from 1:00pm until 3:00pm at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, Michigan 48162 (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of His life will follow at 3:00pm with Pastor BJ McDaniel of .One Way Christian Fellowship leading the service. Cremation will take place through Covenant Cremation in Erie. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the family to assist with funeral arrangements.
