Obituary of Kasey Kiser

Kasey James Kiser was born on September 10, 1984, in Monroe, Michigan.   He was the son of Julie (Doom) Brown and Kenneth Lee Kiser.   He was raised in a home with four other siblings.  

Kasey lived in Toledo, Ohio for several years before moving to Tennessee where he enjoyed working with his brother, Kenneth.   He was a member of Cedar Creek Church and loved the song, “It’s a Wonderful World”.   Kasey loved Mother Nature and trying new things.   He actually had made a plan for a mini adventure in gold mining.   He loved wrenching on things and was gifted with the ability to fix just about anything.   Kasey was extremely intelligent and was an expert conversationalist with the ability to carry on the most beautiful deep conversations.   Although Kasey had no children of his own, he loved spending time playing with his nieces and nephews.

Kasey was a very private and loyal person who loved his family very much.   He will be sadly missed by all of those that had the privilege to know him.

Kasey James Kiser, age 36, of Knoxville, Tennessee passed away unexpectedly on Thursday morning, May 27, 2021, in Toledo, Ohio.   His passing was preceded by his father:  Kenneth Lee Kiser; a brother:  William V. Kiser II; maternal grandparents:  Suzanne and Denny Gallagher and Gerald C. Doom; and paternal grandparents:  Eula and William Kiser.

To cherish his memory, he leaves his loving mother and stepfather:  Julie (Doom) and Jeff Brown; a brother:  Kenneth (Cindi) Kiser; two sisters:  Karen (Shelby) Kiser and Jamie (Joe) Ellis; his girlfriend:  Glory; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, family, and friends.

Friends may gather from 3:00pm until 7:00pm on Wednesday; June 2, 2021, at Merkle Funeral Service, South Monroe; 14567 South Dixie Highway, Monroe, Michigan 48161 (734) 241-7070.   A Celebration of His Life will follow at 7:00pm also at Merkle’s.
