Madeline and Joey,
We are very sorry for the loss of your wonderful mom. We are so blessed to have met the three of you through Joey's love of music and it was such a fitting and beautiful tribute to hear Joey play the guitar this morning at the service. I know she was grinning ear to hear hearing you play. Please know that you both are in our thoughts during this very difficult time. May you find comfort knowing that she loved you both very much and made such an impact on so many others. She will be deeply missed.
Our deepest condolences,
Christie and Jordyn Meyers

Martha MillerHello my old friend Leslie, I was your neighborhood friend Martha Henry, you lived two doors down from me. I think of us little girls all playing in your mother's high heels, or jumping rope or dodgeball in the street. Myself, Eva, Leslie,Natalie, Kathy Finn and Chris Soleau, Karen and Sharon Kavanaugh...now there was some fun times, and we were also silly. Actually I think I was better friends with Natalie because we were closer in age, but nevertheless we all played together and we all had fun. Some might even call those days "the good old days". I live in Brownstown now and don't see many of my friends from Monroe but I think of you often but the good old days are ahead of us a bright new wonderful future on the paradise Earth. The Bible tells us and God promises in John 3:16 that everyone exercising faith in Jesus would not be destroyed but have everlasting life. Where would that life be? Rev 21:1-4 speaks about a new heavens and a new Earth and a time when death will be no more. Psalms 37:9-11,22,27 and 39 speaks about the new Earth or Paradise when the earth is restored to its beauty as it was in the beginning. Jehovah God promises that all those in the grave will be awakened by Jesus and they too will walk the earth again. So I never saw Leslie in the end. I never saw her suffer the way I'm sure you did, but I did know the little girl who squealed with delight and I can't wait for the day that Leslie is resurrected again to the Earth (john 5 28) where once again we will all laugh and sing, run and play with all the animals on the beautiful paradise Earth. Remember friends, God has made these promises by way of his word, and God cannot lie. These are promises that our heavenly father made to us and he will keep his promises for he is faithful. I look forward to that time again and I will remember Leslie with a smile on my face and I hope you find comfort from our heavenly father in the scriptures I have quoted you. Please don't hesitate to keep in touch. Thinking of you all with love❤️

Thank you Leslie for being a wonderful friend to so many of us - your love, laughter and our adventurous memories will live forever. Leslie was the bright smile and open heart that greeted us with warm hugs every time!. Lucky us to have known her so long. We mourn her departure. She’d say something like ‘don’t cry because I am gone, be happy I was here and we played together.’ Her spirit zoomed into the hearts of so many of us and will be there each day as she sails in heaven, tacking between the clouds and stars. Warm hugs from us to her awesome kids Madeline and Joe and her siblings as you feel her love in your hearts today and always. Fondly, Beth & Rob Olson
