Elizabeth, Melissa and Matt and the rest of the family our hearts and prayers go out to you all. Our days here on earth will not be the same without seeing your mom out and about with a smile on her face, a post on FB, or at a family reunion. But we are so thankful to know that she is healthy and has a new happy now in Heaven. Until we all meet again.

Sincere condolences to her family; especially her grandchildren. Our hearts are breaking for you all. We met Mrs. Foley just this year while she was assisting in my daughter Maisie’s K5 class. We were drawn to her immediately with her welcoming smile, and sweet disposition. I don’t think there was ever a time I didn’t see her smiling and happy. Obviously when my daughter found out, she was devastated. Instant meltdown, followed by lots of tears and questions. She then went on to tell me all about her interactions with Mrs. Foley. Detail after detail. This coming from my stubborn little child who when asked what she did or learned at school everyday, the answer always was, “we played,” or, “just stuff Mommy!” I just laid with her and listened to all the times she recalled Mrs. Foley helping her with one thing or another. When she was finished, I asked her what she was going to miss the most, and she said right away, “her hugs, but I will never forget her and her big smile Mommy!! Everyone in Heaven will like it too. I think God will probably have her teach people to smile like her because if they don’t smile kinda like that, they should be!” (Anyone who knows Maisie will understand the demanding part at the end) Regardless, she made a huge impact on my daughter’s life in such a small amount of time. She is already greatly missed. We will never forget her, and again, are so sorry for your loss. We will continue to keep you all in our thoughts and prayers.
