Obituary of Kimberly Ann Wright
Kimberly Ann Wright was born in Monroe, Michigan on January 10, 1993. She was raised in a home with two other siblings.
Kimberly became a mom at a young age, but she did not let a young pregnancy be a negative in her life. Being a great mother to her daughter was her only focus and goal. She did the best she could, with what she knew, and she always felt Blessed for being a good mom and for loving her daughter tremendously.
As with most girls, Kimberly loved make-up and she valued looking her best. She also treasured the time she would spend with her daughter and the fun things they would do together. She appreciated hanging out with her many friends. Kimberly had many titles from Daughter to Mom to Sister to Selfie Queen.
When Kimberly was younger, most people remember her saying she wanted to be a Veterinarian. She was always the life of the party and made everyone laugh and smile.
Kimberly Ann Wright, age 27 passed away suddenly on September 2, 2020. In addition to her passing, she is preceded in death by her grandmother: Lois Ann Cole and her sister: Katlynn Nicole VanVleet.
To cherish her memory Kimberly leaves her mother: Heather Riley; her father: Jimmie Wright; one daughter: I’llenah Carson-Wright; one sister: Kassie Wright; her special aunts: Angela Beebe,Nicole Price: her special cousins: Damoney Rountree, Kellie and Kayla bodine; her best friend Dalana Schimman plus many more aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her dearly and a multitude of people who called her their sister. She will be greatly missed by many.
Friends and family may gather on Thursday, September 10, 2020 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe, 2442 North Monroe Street, Monroe, MI 48162 (734) 384-5185. A Celebration of her Life will follow at 5:00 p.m. also at Merkle’s. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and State of Michigan Mandates, guests will be limited in number and face coverings will be required for entry into the facility.
