Obituary of Frances Noblin Shaw
Frances Noblin Roop was born in Radfort, Virginia on March 24, 1930. She was one of two children born from the union of the late Thomas H. Roop and the late Della (Brown) Roop.
Frances would be blessed with the birth of four children: David, Wanda, Patty, and Darlene. She humbly cared for the needs of her family as a homemaker. Frances was known for her caregivers heart and her loving and kind disposition. More than anything, Frances, cherished family time. She loved to host family events, and often prepared large meals to feed all of the visitors. Her guests dined on delicious home cooked meals of spaghetti, roast, and chicken to name a few. Grandchildren became a staple of her life and she was so proud of each and every one of them.
Always an inside person, Frances loved to challenge her mind with puzzles. She also enjoyed going out in the community, and playing bingo with friends.
