I met Alice a few years ago at Holy Ghost working on their annual pie sale. I'm not a member of her church just got asked to help out. I sat down next to Alice, and we immediately became friends. She was so welcoming and friendly. We exchanged information and kept in contact. I enjoyed our trips to the store and lunches, but the conversations were the best. She was a very interesting woman who had experienced a lot in her lifetime, good and bad. She really loved her husband and finally they are together for eternity at peace with no more struggles. I'm going to miss her. My deepest sympathy to her family.

Alice, the last time I saw you, you were with your daughter and son in law at the Super China Buffet. I was so happy that you remembered me from my German Mom, Margaret Matteson from Holy Ghost. I so wanted to come visit you, but time has ran out. I always admired you every Sunday when I was a little girl because you would always smile and hug me. You sure was a classy lady. Your hair always perfect and you had an eye for fashion that was classic. Then when I would ride my bike and see outside working around your beautiful home, you would get right down in the dirt and you had the most beautiful landscaping. Fly high Alice, I am positive Steve had his arms open wide to welcome you to Gods kingdom.
