Obituary of Donna M. Pilbeam

Donna M. Pilbeam, age 83, of Dundee, Michigan passed away at her home on Friday, April 21, 2017. She was born in Britton April 25, 1933 the daughter of Stephen and Geraldean (Bruce) Ball. She married Byron R. Pilbeam Sr. Nov. 11, 1950 at the Britton Congregational Church. He passed away Nov 14, 2006. She had worked as a telephone operator for the Britton Phone Company after graduating from Britton High School in 1950. She had helped her husband with the Dundee Little League and ran the concession stands for 30 years. Friends may call Tuesday 1 – 8 PM at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156). Services will be Wednesday, 11 AM, April 26, 2017 at the funeral home. Officiating will be the Rev. Chris Butson, pastor of the A zalia and London United Methodist Churches. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee. Survivors include sons Glen, Byron Jr, Keith all of Dundee; Mark (Nancy) of Milan Twp., Bruce of Katy, Texas; daughter April (Philip) Ellsworth of Dundee, 16 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; sister Janet (Lee) Wagner of Tecumseh. Preceded in death by her huband Byron, son Kenneth, grandson Jacob and brother Benjamin Ball. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society, Relay for Life.
