Obituary of Janice Bray

Janice G. Bray, 57, of Dundee, Michigan passed away suddenly at her home on Tuesday afternoon, August 23, 2011. She was born in Belleville, Michigan March 4, 1954 the daughter of James Andrew Bray and Vernie Brock. When she was young she lived in Alma then later in Mansfield, Ohio before coming to Dundee. She retired April 1, 2002 from General Motors B.O.C. Group at Willow Run. She had been employed by General Motors for 30 years and one month. She was also a very proud graduate of one of the Washtenaw Cosmetology Schools. Janice’s survivors include her two sons James Schmenk of Dundee and Michael (Crystal) Schmenk of Clinton, her daughter Stephanie Bray Carter of Mansfield, Ohio; eight grandchildren: Sebastian, Angel, Tyler, Destiny, Theresa, Kellis, Michael and Aden. Friends may call from 11:00 A.M. until a 1:00 P.M. funeral service on Friday, August 26, 2011 at the Cover Funeral Home, 297 Tecumseh Street in Dundee (734-529-3156, 888-383-4176). Officiating will be Rev. Douglas Olsen the pastor of Dundee United Methodist Church. Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery in Dundee.
