Obituary of Jim Green
Jimmy “Jim” Arthur Green was born on February 5, 1951 in Monroe, Michigan. He was one of seven children born from the union of the late James Green and the late Delores (Graham) Green. Jim attended Jefferson High School with the class of 1969, he then enlisted into the United States Army where he proudly served his country until he was honorably discharged in April of 1973.
He met the love of his life: the former Jackie Squier and they were married on March 8, 1971 in Erie, Michigan. From this union came the birth of three children. Jim cared deeply for his family and worked hard to care for them. He took employment at Chrysler Trenton Engine where he retired in 2006.
Jim enjoyed being in the comfort of his own home and mostly kept to himself. He spent countless hours enjoying his campfires and outside tending to his yard. His hobby was his children and grandchildren, teaching and watching them grow to be amazing individuals.
