Obituary of Bentley Alfred Favot

Bentley Alfred Favot, the beautiful son of Jacob Favot and Brittany Glass entered this world on January 5, 2019.   He was born at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital.

Bentley was a wonderful, happy boy.   He loved the attention of others and brought a smile and joy to everyone he had contact with.   From the time of birth, Bentley displayed a love for music.   In fact, music played such a large role in his life that at bedtime if it wasn’t playing, he wasn’t sleeping.

Jacob and Brittany had many dreams and aspirations for their son.   Unfortunately, it was not to be as Bentley was called home at just fifty-six days of age to his Heavenly Father on Saturday, March 2, 2019 at ProMedica Monroe Regional Hospital.   He was surrounded by his loving family.

To cherish his memory Bentley leaves his loving parents: Jacob Favot and Brittany Glass of Monroe; his maternal grandmother: Dawn Glass of Pennsylvania; maternal grandfather:  Jerry (Joanne) Holloway of Warren; paternal grandmother:  Susan Grodi of Monroe; paternal grandfather:  Kenneth (Wendy) Favot of Taylor, Michigan; step grandfather: Robert Grodi Sr. of Monroe; his beloved aunts and uncles: Michael Glass, Joseph Hitt both of Pennsylvania, Jerry Holloway Jr, Jacob Holloway, and Steven Holloway all of Warren, Tiffany Holloway of Milford, Joshua (Kayla) Caudill of Rockwood, Bethanie Grodi, Angel Grodi, Ashley Dunn, and Robert Grodi Jr. all of Monroe, and Kimberly (Lou) Yates of Taylor.

Friends may gather on Friday, March 8, 2019 from 2:00pm until 7:00pm at Merkle Funeral Service, North Monroe; 2442 North Monroe Street (734) 384-5185.   A Celebration of His Life will follow at 7:00pm also at Merkle’s with Reverend Roy Southerland pastor of Monroe Missionary Baptist Church officiating.
