Obituary of Steven Michael Dodson

Steven Michael Dodson was born in Rochester, New York on August 12, 1961.   He attended Bloomfield High School.

In 2000, Steven moved from New York to Monroe County.   He soon met the love of his life, the former Nicole Dusseau and they were married on September 13, 2003 in Milan, Michigan.   For several years, Steven worked as a machinist for MAC Valve in Dundee before taking a medical retirement.

Steven was passionate about music.   He enjoyed listening to Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, and The Beatles to name a few.   He was also a talented artist creating a plethora of abstract, political, and even provocative drawings and paintings.

An avid online gamer he enjoyed playing “Call of Duty” and “Sea of Thieves” from an artistic standpoint, Steven, was most intrigued by the amazing graphics and realism involved.   Steven had a great sense of humor and was quite funny.   He had a whole lot to say.  With his unique humor, it was evident that those around him needed to pay attention at all times.   Steven and Nicole made their home with “their children”, three cats:  Roxy, Pod, and Vito; and Chihuahua:  Tank.
