Obituary of Valerie Ann Dzagulones
Valerie Ann Thivierge was born on May 12, 1960 in Wyandotte, Michigan. She was one of five children born from the union of the late Anthony Thivierge and the late Thelma (Chapman) Thivierge. Valerie grew up in the Downriver area and graduated from Southgate High School with the Class of 1978.
Valerie was a hard worker and she took the responsibility of raising her two beautiful children to heart. She taught them the value of their word and the importance of honesty. Valerie was always generous with her resources; time and treasures. She welcomed all into her home and was always willing to give what she could to those in need. Sometimes she was merely a shoulder to cry on, but she could be an asset for sound advice. She had a beautiful smile and a contagious laugh.
Valerie was a fabulous cook learning many of her secrets from cooking shows. She enjoyed entertaining and playing cards opening her immaculately kept home to parties. Valerie also loved to spend time in her garden often canning these items to share with others later.
More than anything in this world, Valerie valued relationships. She cherished her two children, three grandchildren whom she adored, friends, beloved pets, and especially her significant other, Craig Benore that she shared more than twenty-six years of life with.
