Ruby Berry Braden February 20, 1920 - June 27, 2012 Ruby Berry was born in Maynardville, Union County, Tennessee on February 20, 1920. She was the daughter of the late William H. Berry and the late Mary A. (McBee) Berry. Ruby married the love of her life Ernest D. Braden on December 20, 1941 in Bowling Green, Ohio. Ruby was a loving wife and mother. As a homemaker she took the responsibility of staying home and raising the couple's children. Ruby Braden age 92 of Sussex, Wisconsin went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, June 27, 2012. Her loving family was a t her side. In addition to her parents her passing was preceded by her husband, Ernest on May 24, 1957; and six siblings, three brothers and three sisters. To cherish her memory she leaves two sons: Dewey E. Braden of Allenton, Wisconsin and Robert E. Braden of Lannon, Wisconsin; three sisters: Mildred Burke of Dundee, Nora Giles of New Tazewell, Tennessee, and Judy Daniels of Trenton; four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; and a host of friends. Friends may gather from 12:00pm until 2:00pm, Monday, July 2, 2012 at the Frenchtown Missionary Baptist Church, 225 West Hurd Road. A Celebration of Her Life will take place at 2:00pm with the Rev. B.J. McDaniel pastor of the church officiating. A procession will follow to Woodland Cemetery in Monroe for her final rest. A memorial luncheon in her honor will follow at the Monroe VFW Post 1138, 400 Jones Avenue for all those in attendance.
