Obituary of Larry Chess Cox
Larry Chess Cox was born on October 31, 1949 in Beanfort, Kentucky. He was the son of the late Charles Cox and the late Delsie (Maiden) Cox. Larry attended Monroe High School.
For many years, Larry worked in the automotive industry. He was employed on the assembly line at the General Motors Willow Run plant retiring in 1992.
Larry loved the outdoors. He often made time to hunt small game and birds. He cherished the peaceful solitude that he was afforded when casting a few lines fishing along rivers and inland lakes. More than anything, Larry loved to ride his Harley Davidson. He enjoyed the wind at his face and appreciated the freedom that his bike provided.
Larry was always up to having a good time. He treasured the time spent with his family, and he was blessed to make many friends along his life’s journeys. Of all the people in this world, Larry was most fond of course of his grandchildren whom he adored.
Larry enjoyed filling his home with trinkets being an avid antique collector, and he enjoyed watching old westerns.
