Jamie was born January 3, 1976 in Toledo, Ohio from the union of Michael Jacobs and Anetta (Blake) Jacobs. Jamie attended Erie Mason High School and graduated with the Class of 1994.
Jamie married Shelley Bellestri on September 23, 2000. From this marriage they were blessed with the birth of a daughter: Gabrielle Jacobs.
