Obituary of Jesse James Bijarro
Jesse James Bijarro was born in Toledo, Ohio on August 19, 1956. He was one of thirteen children born from the union of the late Manuel and the late Fern (Stow) Bijarro. Jesse attended Erie Mason Schools.
He was a hard worker all his life and supported his family while being employed at Ford Motor Company for fourteen years, retiring in 2006. Although, Jesse was known to be hard headed and set in his ways, he was “Superman” to his family. He was highly “street smart” and family and friends knew they could always count on him. He was very generous to others in need often supporting many charities including the Salvation Army, Goodfellows, and local veterans organizations to name a few.
Jesse had quite the sweet tooth and looked forward to spoiling his grandchildren with his favorite sugary snacks, eggnog, donuts, and ice cream. When he was fortunate to have quiet time he often enjoyed listening to “The Blues” and shooting pool.
