Obituary of Jill Ellen York
Jill Ellen York was born in Trenton, Michigan on September 27, 1967. She was the daughter of the late William and Patricia (Bolton) York. Jill was a graduate of Jefferson High school, class of 1985.
Jill was a loving, caring and gentle soul. She will be remembered for her artistic and creative outlook on life. From “Jills Famous Fudge” to homemade birthday cards, she had an eye for detail and it truly showed in all her work. She enjoyed being in the company of family and friends. Jill loved taking walks on the beach and enjoyed several trips to the library.
Jill had a deep love for Jesus, and her nieces and nephews. She loved teaching them to draw, the way to love nature, the rules to playing games such as board games, video games, and puzzles. Jill loved to keep her mind and body busy. Her creative outlet was tremendous; from holiday decorations and crafts to writing her own stories. Life through Jills eyes was nothing short of a small glimpse of heaven.
