Scott was born in Toledo on March 27,1962, the son of the late Arthur and the late Donna (Prottengier) Tebbe. Scott is survived by daughter: Amanda of Fort Wayne, Indiana; siblings, David (Mary) Tebbe of Toledo, Marie Kilgo of Gadsen, Alabama and Barb Blackman of Fort Wayne. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday July 3, 2009 at Toledo Memorial Park. A Memorial Fund has been established at any Fifth-Third Bank for Amanda's education. www.merklefh.com
