Margie L. Mason was born in Toledo, Ohio on November 1, 1940. She was the daughter of Sylvester Mason and Emma (Finnearty) Mason. She attended Burroughs Grade School and Libbey High School. Margie worked as a stock manager and purchasing agent for Rowe Industries of Toledo for more than thirty-three years. She married the love of her life, Albert Billy Christian, on June 28, 1980 in Stony Ridge, Ohio. More than anything, Margie was an avid NASCAR fan. She religiously watched her races and she rooted for Jimmy Johnson's #48 car, him being her favorite driver. Family and friends knew not to bother Margie during race time, unless they were watching the race themselves. As a person, Margie was very outgoing and giving. She was always there for her family and nurturing to their needs. She was never afraid to try new things and she was often referred to as a feisty ball of fire. She loved to do crafts including, tole painting and scrap-booking. Her favorite items to scrapbook were Jimmy Johnson and The Oak Ridge Boys. Margie L. Christian, 70, of Erie.
